1. Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of revision petition against the impugned order under Section 7 of the OGLS Act. If such revision petition is filed not later than 12th September, 2022, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for such delay, such application shall be considered in accordance with law by the Revisional Authority. If the revision petition is filed within the aforementioned period accompanied by an application for interim relief then till such time, the said application is disposed of, the interim order passed by this Court on 30th August, 2013 will continue.

2. The original of the Annexures be returned counsel for the Petitioner subject to their being substituted with attested photo copies thereof.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn the liberty as prayed for in the above terms.

4. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
