Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatrapur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 128 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Chhatrapur, Ganjam, for commission of offence under Sections 498A/294/323/506/494/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, so far as Petitioner No.1-Ranjan Palai is concerned, the ABLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as Petitioner No.2-Sashi Palai is concerned, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner No.2 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently the age of the petitioner No.2 has been wrongly mentioned as 39 years instead of 59 years. He is permitted to correct the same in the cause title of the ABLAPL in Court. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
