This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Thelkoli P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 corresponding to Corresponding to G.R.Case No. 872 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for commjission of offence punishable under Sections for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-379/411/34 of the IPC read with Section 21 of the Mines & Minerals Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the

petitioners on bail the learned court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioners have any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
