1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. It is submitted that despite being granted bail as per order dated 26th April, 2022, the Petitioner is unable to be released because of his inability to arrange the money required to be furnished as cash security of Rs.10,00,000/-.

4. Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed to the extent that instead of furnishing cash security of Rs.10 lakhs and property security of Rs.15 lakhs, the Petitioner shall furnish property security of Rs.50 lakhs. All other conditions shall remain intact.

5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
