This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 The present contempt has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 11.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.13418 of 2017, whereby the Land Acquisition Zone Officer, Haridaspur-Paradeep New B.G. Rail Link Project, Jajpur was directed to consider the application of the Petitioner moved under Section of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

3. None has come present on behalf of the Petitioner.

4. Mr. L. Samantaray, based on the information provided by the Officer concerned vide letter No.16 dated 08.04.2022 submits that the order passed by this Court has since been complied with by referring the application for adjudication before the competent authority.
