This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and Mr. D.J. Sahoo learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.203 of 2021, on the files of learned District & Sessions Judge, Balasore, arising out of Marine, Balaram Gadi P.S. Case No.03 of 2021, under Sections 302/120(B)/449/216/109/147/148/149 of IPC read with Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act and is in custody since 17.03.2021. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,
Balasore by order dated 31.03.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that trial has already been commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. The same stands rejected. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
