3. Heard Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State as well as Mr. B. Jena, learned counsel for the opposite party no.5 and perused the records.

4. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the allotment of tender work by the opposite party no.3Superintending Engineer, Sukinda Canal Circle, Minor Irrigation Project, Sukinda, District- Jajpur in respect of the opposite party no.5 for the year 2012-13.

5. In the meantime, the aforesaid period has already been over. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
