Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 489 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Khurda for commission of offence under Sections-379/411/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 11(1)(a)/11(1)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,1960 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
