The Jail Criminal Appeal is allowed. The conviction of the appellant under sections 363/511, 354 (A) (i) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act and the sentence passed thereunder is set aside.
The appellant be set at liberty forthwith, if his detention is not required in any other case.
