This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandabali P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 98 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Chandbali for commission of offence under Sections-379/411/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioner on bail the learned court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this
order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
