The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jeypore Town P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 280 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Jeypore for commission of offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 323/ 326/ 341/ 307/149of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the overt act attributed to co-accused Santosh and keeping in view the age of the petitioner, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
