This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 8th April, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, it is directed that in the aforesaid order dated 8th April, 2022, the words and figure "Opposite Party No.2-Regional Transport Officer, Cuttack" be read as "Opposite Party No.3-Regional Transport Officer, Dhenkanal".

So far as the extension of time to take decision on the application of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2 Series, by the

// 2 // Opposite Party No.3-Regional Transport Officer, Dhenkanal is concerned, the same is extended to another two weeks from today.

Rest part of the order dated 8th April, 2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
