1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 24th December, 2021 in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.266/2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.250/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur, for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 379/420 of the I.P.C. read with Section 66 (C) of I.T. Act.

4. The allegation is that he committed theft of Rs.9,000/- by fraudulently taking the ATM card of the informant. In course of investigation a sum of Rs.6,000/- has been recovered from him. In the mean time charge sheet has already been submitted.

5. Considering the above facts and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further, he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Sonepur P.S. on every Monday at 10 A.M. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the court below once every month.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
