As per the Stamp Reporter, since the matter involves POCSO Act, it has to be registered as BLAPL. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Appellant makes an oral prayer before this Court to convert the appeal to bail application. Accordingly, the prayer sought for by the Appellant is allowed. The 'CRLA' be converted to 'BLAPL'. Office is directed to register the matter and assigned with a new number accordingly.
