This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Olatpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 685 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(R), Cuttack, for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 294/ 379/34.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the case diary submits that in the meanwhile the investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has been submitted inter alia, under Section 307 of the I.P.C. He further submits that specific overt act is attributed to one Biswajit Behera, who is not one of the petitioners before this Court.

Taking into account the generality of allegations against the present petitioners, this Court directs that on surrendering within

three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
