Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Valley P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 128 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Jatni, for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 294/ 354/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the allegations in the F.I.R. and the delay in institution of the case, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
