The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Sabrang P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 804 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhadrak, for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 294/ 379/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishmemnt prescribed for the alleged offences, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
