This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In paragraph-3 of the I.A. it is submitted that though the petitioner was an accused in respect of Bhandari Pokhari P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2332 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for commission of offence U/Ss. 379/411/420, in terms of the order dated 25.01.2021 he was granted anticipatory bail in ABLAPL No. 15752 of 2020. 4.

Considering such assertion, the stipulation relating to criminal proclivity as stated in paragraph-5 stands modified and it shall be open to the learned court in seisin over the matter to release the petitioner on bail on surrendering within three weeks

from today and on such terms and conditions as deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
