Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Penthakata Marine P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 577 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Puri for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/379//34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.25 of the Arms Act. 4.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner No.1-Lingaraj Swain, taking into account his criminal proclivity as stated by the learned counsel for the State. Accordingly, the preset anticipatory bail application in respect of Petitioner No.1-Lingaraj swain is dismissed. 6.

So far as Petitioner Nos. 2 to 7 are concerned, taking note of the order dated 10.05.2022 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.3352 of 2022 relating to grant of bail to the co-accused

Kailash Swain, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner Nos.2 to 7 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
