Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandaka P.S. Case No. 63 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 268 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(O), Bhubneswar for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the only non-bailable offence is 506 I.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
