The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baliguda P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 42 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Baliguda for commission of offence under Sections 294/ 323/ 427/ 452/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioner has responded to the notice under Section 41-A as such the present ABLAPL is not maintainable. The same is disposed of accordingly as there is no apprehension of arrest. 5.
