Heard Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State. 2.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner as submitted by Mr. Tripathy that the Petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the concerned court and move for bail.

Keeping in view such limited grievance of the Petitioner the CRLMC is disposed of with a direction that in the event Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur in G.R. Case No.269 of 2021 arising out of Chandapur P.S. Case No.118 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from today and moves an application for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law and keeping in view the principles decided in the case of Aman Preet Singh v. C.B.I., through Director, AIR 2021 SC 4154.
