This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Badagada P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1901 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar, for commission of offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 451/ 341/ 323/ 294/ 307/ 332/353/427/506/149 of the I.P.C., read with Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Considering the nature of allegations and taking into account that even though, FIR has been lodged by the I.I.C. Badagada P.S., it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has not been named in the FIR. It is further submitted that on account of political consideration the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused.

Taking note of the recitals in the FIR, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner

shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
