This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1623 of 2020 on the files of learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, arising out of Telkoi P.S. Case No.141 of 2020 and now S.T. Case No.07 of 2021 under Sections 302 of IPC and is in custody since 19.11.2020. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, by order dated 09.03.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the genesis of the offence, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned court in seisin to fix the terms so as to ensure his appearance on each date of trail.

The present BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
