This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Naikanidihi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 259 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Basudevpur for commission of offence under Sections 294/341/ 323/ 324/307/506//34 of the I.P.C.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2, namely. Manoranjan Behera and Antaryami Palei respectively.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 is dismissed.

So far as Petitioner Nos. 3 to 9 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the
petitioner Nos.3 to 9 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
