This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.278 of 2022 arising out of Basudevpur P.S. Case No.127 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/452/294/323/427/354/307/354-B/506/34 of I.P.C. 4.
On perusal of the Case Diary it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that in the meanwhile charge sheet has been submitted. And it is the further submission of the learned counsel
for the state that during the investigation, notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. was issued and responded too.

Taking note of such submission since there is no apprehension of arrest, the present petition is disposed of as not maintainable.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
