This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to cancel the registered agreement for sale dated 26th April, 2016 within a stipulated period.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 20th June, 2022, none had appeared on behalf the Petitioner when the matter was called. Today, none appears for the Petitioner in spite of repeated calls. 4.

It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.
