The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the decision of opposite parties no.3 and 4, accepting the tender of opposite party no.5, so far it relates to district of Balasore in respect of tender call notice under Annexures-1 and 2.

As it appears, the tender was for a period one year and, as such, the period of such tender has already been over in the meantime. Therefore, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 6.
