This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.100 of 2022 arising out of Banki P.S. Case No.72 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Banki for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/506/427/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the

petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
