This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.66 of 2021 arising out of R. Udayagiri P.S. Case No.58 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-cumSessions Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi for commission of offence punishable under 147/ 148/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 186/ 353/ 332/ 294/ 342/ 506/ 269/ 270/ 149 of IPC/51(b) of the D.M. Act/3(1) of E.D. Act read with Section 3(1)(r)(s)/ 3(2)(va) of S.C. & S.T. (POA) Amendment Act, 2015/3 PDPP Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners relies on the orders passed by this Court dated 05.10.2021 in ABLAPL No.11794 of 2021 and order dated 23.02.2022 in ABLAPL No.1568 of 2022 relating to co-accused persons. It is submitted that since the petitioners are similarly circumstanced they should be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 6.

Considering the release of the co-accused persons as stated above, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
