1.The Petitioner's representation dated 13th December, 2021 shall be examined by the Managing Director, Angul-Duburi Sukinda New B.G. Railway (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st July, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 8th July, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
