This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.633 of 2022 arising out of Kanas P.S. Case No.79 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/341/324/326/354B/294/379/506/149 of I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the injuries are simple in nature and the co-accused has been released on bail by order of this Court dated 16.05.2022 in ABLAPL No.3674 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
