Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 2.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.
Considering the development already taken place in the meantime and keeping in view the serious allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, construction work, if any, undertaken in the meantime, shall remain subject to the ultimate outcome in disposal of the representation of the Petitioner.
