The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Balikuda-Opposite Party No.3 to issue R.O.R in terms of the judgment and decree passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jagatsinghpur in Title Suit No.207 of 1997.

In course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file appropriate proceeding before the Tahasildar, BalikudaOpposite Party No.3 for issuance of R.O.R. 4.
