Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.11158 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 30.06.2022 but in 6th line and in 8th line of paragraph-16, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Opposite Party No.4" instead of "Opposite Party No.1". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that 6th line and in 8th line of paragraph16, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.1" in place of "Opposite Party No.4", rest part of the order remaining the same.
