The present contempt has been filed for the Order No.

alleged violation of the order dated 12.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.34116 of 2020. The operative portion of the order dated 12.02.2021 reads as under:

"5. Consequently, leaving it open to the Petitioners to first exhaust other statutory remedies that are available to them in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of."

Mr. Mohanty points out that there was a dispute between two groups of people for which the Court had relegated the parties to seek their statutory remedies that are available to them in accordance with law. He submits, thus no contempt is made out.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a Memo dated 22.11.2022 in

// 2 // Court today and prays for permission to withdrawn the contempt petition. The Memo be kept on record. 4.

In view of the Memo filed, the CONTC is dismissed as withdrawn.
