1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to go before the Opposite Party No.3 i.e., Estate Officer, Bhubaneswar and file a reply in Case No.75 of 2011 (L) on or before 1st August, 2022 and thereafter seek appropriate remedies depending on the order passed in those proceedings.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
