None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called out.

Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned State counsel has produced before us the statement of the alleged victim, which was recorded on 10.08.2017 under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The alleged victim has stated that the Respondent No.4 did not kidnap her, she left the parental house voluntarily and stayed away, and later on she married the Respondent No.4. They are living a happy conjugal life. In the wedlock, a male child has been born. The Petitioner has filed a false case against the Respondent No.4.

In view of the above statement, this proceeding cannot be carried on further. Accordingly, this petition stands closed and disposed of.

Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate appears for the State.

A copy of the statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been produced before us. The same has been made part of the records.
