1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner had raised a loan on 12.06.1988 for a sum of Rs.8,66,000/- from the Keonjhar Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.

3. By filing the present writ petition a mandamus is sought for implementation of the O.T.S. Scheme.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the loan account stands closed after the petitioner-loanee had paid the required amount on 22.02.2017 in terms of the sanctioned O.T.S.

5. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
