1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party in this contempt petition informs the Court that they have not been able to hand over possession of six flats in question to the present Petitioners in view of the interim order passed by this Court in the connected writ petitions.

2. The interim order having been modified as indicated in the order passed today in the connected writ petitions, it is clarified that it will be open now to the Opposite Parties to hand over

possession of the flats in question to the present Petitioners as already directed by this Court.
