1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State points out that on the issue raised in the present petition there have been subsequent developments which have probably not been noticed by the Petitioners. In fact, the present petition was filed on 17th March 2020, and has come up for hearing for the first time today.

2. Leaving it open to the Petitioners to file a better and appropriate petition taking into account the subsequent developments, the present writ petition is disposed of.
