Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 4.

The petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2022 in connection with Purunakote P.S. Case No.42 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.435 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/294/506/307 & 34 of IPC.

Considering the nature of accusations which clearly suggest that the dispute arose between the petitioners and the informant, who are related as brothers in law, over a trivial issue, it cannot be said that they had definite intention to kill the informant. 6.

Having regard to the above fact, the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. 7.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
