Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for mutation of not final Khata No.45 under mouza Madhipur under Gop tahasil in the district of Puri in his name. 3.

It is admitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not filed any mutation case for redressal of his grievance. It further appears that the Petitioner in this writ petition essentially assails the correctness of the non final ROR. 4.
