ORDER

30.8.2022 6 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. In the course of mediation as is evident from the Mediation Report dated 26.8.2022, that the dispute has been settled between the parties on terms that the opposite party no.1 will receive 25% of the back wages on account of her late husband vis-à-vis the order of Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in I.D. Case No. 21 of 2004. The said award was challenged in this writ petition. A money receipt has been placed before us regarding payment of the said 25% of the back wages by the employer. As such, this writ petition is disposed of on settlement as recorded by the Mediator in her report dated 26.8.2022. No order as to costs.
