This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned Additional Standing Counsel that so far as the present Petitioner is concerned, charge sheet has been filed under section 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the mandatory procedure of Section 41-A Cr.P.C has been complied with in respect of the Petitioner. Accordingly, there is no apprehension of the Petitioner. 3.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
