Heard Mr. D.P. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. Perused the record.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to act upon the allocation of 10% of the total intake in the Lateral Entry category to outside State candidates for the member-institution of the petitioner association as decided under paragraph 1.2.2 of the proceedings under Annexure-2. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the issue relates to DET-2012 and by efflux of time the same has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
