This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to file show cause and allowing the Petitioner further period of one month to deposit Rs.50,000/- as per order dated 19.6.2012 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 7494 of 2012 to regularize EMI.

Mr. Subhra Jyoti Kanungo, Chief Manager SBI, Cuttack City Branch states that on payment of the settled loan amount of Rs.46,620/-, the loan account has been closed under the sanctioned OTS scheme and therefore, no further cause of action survives. 4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
