1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner is stated to have availed a loan in October, 2010 for purchase of a Truck from Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited/Opposite Party No.3. The loan was to be repaid in 45 monthly installments of Rs.23,000/- with effect from 05.10.2010 and ending on 05.06.2014.

3. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for directing the Finance Company not to seize the vehicle without following the guidelines dated 26th of March, 2012 framed by the Reserve Bank of India as the petitioner concededly was in default for payment of the installments.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner by filing a Memo dated 20.05.2022 prays for

5. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
