In compliance of the order dated 06.12.2022, the Government Advocate files a memo annexing therewith the notification dated 08.12.2022 issued by the Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department stating that the petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Professor in the discipline of Clinical Haematology under OMES cadre of Health and Family Welfare Department. The memo so filed be kept on record. 3.

In view of compliance of the order passed by this Court, the impugned communication under Annexure-7 series cannot be sustained in the eye of law and the same is hereby quashed. 4.

The relief sought in the writ petition having been granted to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
