This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to permit him to withdraw the writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.4911 of 2016 with liberty to file fresh application, if fresh cause of action arises. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.1 has no objection for withdrawal of the writ petition, but submits that he has filed his power in this case in office, but the same has not been brought to the record.

Considering the facts stated in the interim application and the submissions made, the prayer is allowed and the writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.4911 of 2016 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
